Let’s learn how to install heated flooring under the tile in your shower!

In today’s lesson, I will be showing you how to install a heated floor system under the tile… in your shower!

I show you how to install a heated floor in your bathroom, including the shower floor. #bathroomremodelingteacher #stevewhite

In this video, I discuss the general rules of running Ditra Heat wire system:

Rule #1 Keep wire 3" away from any wall
Rule #2 Keep wire 2" away from any cabinetry, or fixed object (example - soaking tub)
Rule #3 Keep wire 6" away from a toilet or drain
Rule #4 Keep wire 4" away from duct vent
Rule #5 Keep wire 8" away from other heat source (example: baseboard heater)
