There's nothing worse than getting a call from a tenant saying that their toilet is leaking and has caused the first floor ceiling to fall apart! Home repairs like this are not fun, or glamorous! Having issues like this from a failed toilet wax ring can be frustrating. That's why I'm switching to FOAM! A foam wax ring will be less likely to fail in the future. In this video I will demonstrate the installation of a toilet with a foam wax ring.
