Good morning, students!
I’m always surprised how long it takes me to remodel a small bathroom. And to be honest, most of my clients are surprised, too. You would think a smaller space would save time, but really it makes things tricky when you have to move electrical or plumbing (because there is less space to move these things!).
I recommend if you are renovating a bathroom and replacing a shower, remove all the drywall or plaster from entire bathroom. This allows you to inspect and reroute any electrical or plumbing needed.
