I may be a little late with the 2022 recap, but hey, better late than never!
In this video, I highlight my best tips and tricks from 2022. The best part is these tips encompass ALL DIFFERENT KINDS of remodeling.
One of my most popular videos was how I repaired these nasty concrete steps at my rental/flip property this past summer. This video was so popular that YouTube had me marked as a “concrete repair guy.” HA! Hardly. I did a decent job, but I am by NO means a concrete professional.

Another popular video I made was all about removing very old, very difficult, and VERY MESSY concreted tile. I worked on this for a client at the beginning of 2022, and it was HELL. But, it was also an opportunity to show you guys how to do it the best way possible. I go over what tools I used and how I went about doing the job.
I’ve also included some of my most popular shorts in this video. Who can forget this toilet’s double wax ring that was used to build up its flange?!
