Best Methods for Cutting Shower Floor Tile
Tiling a Shower doesn't have to be complicated or overwhelming 😃
First step is to template the shower floor area & reference to your shower floor tile

Trace template and ensure there are no tile slivers 👍

Avoid cutting mosaic tiles on a wet saw….Sometimes backing on tiles can soften and allow tiles to pop off when setting.
I recommend using a good grinder and tile blade 👍

Polish any exposed edges of tile with a grinder

For perimeter cuts, I like to use a grinder with dust shroud 👍
Cut the line to provide a perimeter movement joint
Layout tile in shower ensure everything fits well 👍
3/16” thick tile will meet up evenly with the HYDROBLOK Tiling Grate with Wings
For thicker tiles, remove the wings and adjust drain to tile height
